HOW LONG DOES THE CUSTOMIZATION TAKE?
The customization process will begin once fill out the questionnaire. Once we receive the questionnaire, we'll have the design files to you within a week.
HOW ARE THE BRANDS ONE-OF-A-KIND?
Each of the brands that we have on our shop will be sold once. So you can be confident that the branding will be unique to your business.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?
No. Due to the nature of the product, we do not allow refunds. If you are questioning if this branding will be a good fit for you business please reach out to us.
HOW CUSTOMIZABLE IS THE BRANDING?
We will change the name, establishment date and location. Minor revisions can be made to the designs but the overall appearance will remain the same.
WHAT DO REVISIONS LOOK LIKE?
We'll fill in your business name into the designs and make adjustments if needed. Once we send you the design files, you may ask for a single revision.
WHAT FILES WILL YOU SEND?
We'll send you .AI, .PNG, .JPEG, .EPS, .PDF and .SVG. A style guide will be sent that will share how to use all these files and the reasoning behind the designs.
